Shahriar Sedgh represents buyers and sellers in connection with the purchase, sale and refinance of single family homes, condominiums and cooperative units. Sedgh also serves as settlement agent representing lenders in purchase transactions, refinances and consolidations. He graduated from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2004 and as has specialized in residential transactional work since 2004.
Todd Zuckerman represents individual buyers and sellers in the purchase of their homes and handles many of the firm’s co-op and condo transactions in Manhattan. He also serves as a closing attorney for several national lenders on their single-family and co-op transactions, as well as their refinance/CEMA loans.
Zuckerman graduated in 2005 from the SY Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University with a B.A. in business and went on to earn his J.D. from Cardozo Law School in 2008.
